All week we have been reviewing the scientific method and preparing for today. Today our science class had their first graded assignment solving the question: What kind of behavior is blinking? Students held a transparent sheet in front of their faces while cotton balls were being thrown at the sheet (making the students blink) for one minute. Ask your student what their hypothesis was and whether or not their hypothesis was correct. Graded assignments will be sent home next week.
Next week we start learning about magnets! (REMEMBER: No school Monday! Happy Labor Day!)
